Andrea Kropp is a Customer-Facing Data Scientist at DataRobot where she advises and coaches organizations of all AI maturity levels on realizing business value from applied machine learning. Previously she had a 15-year career at Gartner spanning client-facing consulting, internal business intelligence, data product R&D, and data science management ending as Senior Director of Data Science for Gartner TalentNeuron. Andrea also spent 5 years as an entrepreneur building and selling a marketing analytics firm. She holds a BS and MS in Chemistry and is an avid tennis player and high school tennis coach.
