Soumyendu is an Artificial Intelligence Senior Distinguished Technologist at Hewlett Packard Labs and researches and develops solutions in areas of Machine Learning (ML) like Trustworthy AI and Reinforcement Learning (RL) applications. Some of his focus areas are to make smart ML agents that measure and improve the trustworthiness of ML models. He also uses RL for other applications for clean energy solutions, including wave energy converters and complex multi-fidelity optimization problems. Soumyendu also contributes to other areas of AI research with computer vision, video analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and Auto ML.
