Visual Layer – Large Image Datasets are a Mess

Danny Bickson, holds a Ph.D. in distributed systems from the Hebrew University and was a research scholar at Carnegie Mellon University under the supervision of Prof. Carlos Guestrin. Danny co-founded GraphLab/Turi a Seattle based startup, acquired by Apple in 2016. Following the acquisition Danny was a senior manager at Apple managing computer vision teams. Turi's product, Turi Create, is a popular open source by Apple. Currently Danny is a CEO of a new startup named Visual Layer.
